Lidiya Lebedinskaya was a renowned artist specializing in porcelain painting. She completed her education at the ceramic department of the Leningrad Art and Industrial College in 1931. During the years 1931-1934, she honed her craft in the painting workshop at the prestigious Leningrad Porcelain Factory. In 1932, she also successfully graduated from courses at the Society of Architects, further expanding her artistic knowledge.

In 1934, Lebedinskaya's passion for art led her to the art laboratory, where she continued her artistic journey as a student. She further deepened her expertise from 1935 to 1938 by studying at the Institute of Advanced Training of Art Workers. Unfortunately, in 1941, due to her son's illness, she couldn't join the evacuation with the rest of the factory.

However, in 1943, Lebedinskaya returned to the factory and resumed her work in the art laboratory. Her artistic focus primarily revolved around capturing the beauty of Leningrad's iconic landmarks. Notably, in 1937, she contributed her talent to painting bas-reliefs for the facade of the Khimki railway station on the Moscow-Volga canal.
